How does Dynamic QR prevent attendance fraud?

Bong Clock's QR codes refresh every second and are unique to each employee session. This prevents employees from taking screenshots or photos of a QR code and sharing it with others for remote clock-ins.

What is Geo-fencing and how does it ensure integrity?

Geo-fencing creates a virtual boundary around your worksite. Employees can only clock in or out when their device GPS is within this zone. Bong Clock specifically detects if an employee leaves the zone during their shift without clocking out.

Does the system detect when employees leave the work zone during a shift?

Yes. This is a core integrity feature. If an employee leaves the designated geo-fence while clocked in, the system flags the event and sends a real-time Telegram alert to their supervisor.

Can I manage attendance for multiple branches centrally?

Absolutely. Our 'God View' dashboard allows business owners and HR managers to monitor all branches from a single screen, compare performance, and identify anomalies instantly.

How does WiFi Validation work?

WiFi Validation is an optional secondary layer of security. You can restrict clock-ins to only be allowed when the employee's device is connected to a specific workplace WiFi network.

What kind of reports can I export for payroll?

Bong Clock generates automated payroll summaries that include total hours worked, late-ins, early-outs, OT hours (based on your rules), and leave deductions. You can export these as CSV or Excel for easy payroll processing.

How are Telegram alerts set up?

You can easily link your Telegram account or a group chat to Bong Clock. The system will then push notifications for events like late arrivals, missed shifts, and zone violations directly to your chat.

Can we handle rotating shifts and overnight work?

Yes. Our dynamic shift scheduling module supports rotating rosters, overnight shifts, and even last-minute shift swaps with manager approval.

Is there a limit to the number of employees or branches?

Our plans are tiered based on size. The Starter plan is great for single sites, while our Growth and Enterprise plans are built to scale with hundreds of branches and thousands of employees.

How does the leave banking system work?

Bong Clock tracks leave accruals in real-time. Both HR and employees can see their available leave balance, request time off, and view their historical leave usage transparently.

What happens if an employee loses their phone or has no internet?

Supervisors have the authority to manually clock employees in or out in exceptional cases. The app also supports offline buffering for situations with poor connectivity.

Can we set custom overtime rules?

Yes. You can define when OT starts, what the multipliers are, and whether OT requires pre-approval before being counted toward payroll summaries.

Is employee data secure and private?

We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data storage. We do not track employee locations outside of their active working hours and only for the purpose of verifying worksite presence.
